Frequently Asked Questions

General
What does +2AP (Artist Proof) mean?

Each edition consists of several prints; for example, "edition 3" consists of three images. Additionally, all editions have several "Artist Proofs," which are copies of the image used by the art exhibitions and private use.

Will the artist sell APs?

To respect our collector's investments, we have set up a policy for APs.

  • For editions released (see the release date on your certificate) before December 2022, APs will NOT be sold.
  • For editions released in 2023 and forward, the artist reserves himself to sell APs in the future.

In other words, if you have purchased artwork before December 2023, we will not sell APs for that edition.

What is limited edition?

All original artworks are limited edition print, meaning each print size is only sold in specific amounts. When an edition is sold out, we will produce no more images of that particular size. This makes the artwork more exclusive and in the long term, makes the artwork more valuable to collect.

What is a certificate of authenticity?

All original artworks come with a certificate of authenticity, which is proof that the artwork you purchase is an original made by the artist. The certificate is connected to the painting with a hologram attached to both the certificate and the backside of the artwork, making it difficult to copy the artwork.
