This Shipping Policy applies to all products purchased through:

AV Art Sweden AB is committed to deliver the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customer in the checkout page.

In order to optimize delivery, we thank the customer for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.

1. AV ART SWEDEN AB SHIPPING

AV Art Sweden AB delivers worldwide.

AV Art Sweden AB orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday - Friday - 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM). For security reasons, AV Art Sweden AB will not send any order to post office boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address.

2. SHIPPING COSTS

* Orders for Original Artwork: shipping costs are included in the price of the original artwork.
* Orders for Open Edition Prints: shipping costs within Sweden are included in the price of the product. For international orders outside Sweden, shipping costs depend on the delivery location and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

The products have a production time of up to 3 weeks.
Processing times may be extended due to situations beyond our control (For example, situations with our suppliers and nature events).
Order processing will take place Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5.00 PM CT (Orders are not processed on weekends and major holidays). Please keep in mind that may be extended during holidays, launches, restocks, limited edition releases and promotions.
Note: Order processing times and shipping times are different.

4. SHIPPING TIMES

* Original Artworks: 3 - 5 weeks
* Open Edition Prints: 7 - 8 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the place of delivery of the order. In the case of Artworks, shipping times may be extended if the customer requests the framing of the artwork.

5. SHIPMENT TRACKING

You will receive an email when your order has been processed, this will include the tracking details of your order. Please make sure to track your item using the tracking number we provide to you. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the appropriate shipping company according to the tracking number, for further assistance and information.

6. DELAYS

AV Art Sweden AB is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, AV Art Sweden AB is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.

7. CUSTOMS TAX

If the work is sent to other countries, it is possible that customs in certain countries may charge additional taxes or fees. Please note that any extra costs related to import/customs tax are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your own countries policy on importing goods, as we cannot provide this for you.

8. UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned and extra charges may apply for shipping costs.

9. WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS

AV Art Sweden AB will not take charge, or make returns for lost or undelivered packages, for wrong shipping addresses, please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses, at the time of purchase.

10. SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS

AV Art Sweden AB recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your home or place of employment. AV Art Sweden AB is not responsible for packages lost or stolen due to unsafe delivery addresses.

11. SHIPPING COMPLETED

Each delivery is considered to have been made from the moment AV Art Sweden AB makes the product available to the buyer, which is made possible by the control system used by the courier company when the status of the order changes to "completed or delivered".
