How will my artwork be packed?

Artworks in the sizes 80-150 W cm (31,4 W - 55.1 W in)
Firstly we roll the artwork side in DuPont Tyvek, a soft material perfect for protecting art. Second, we roll the artwork onto a hard paper core with the surface facing out. Thirdly, we wrap it with bubble wrap for extra protection. We then place the artwork into another hard paper roll; there is one hard surface inside and outside the product. Lastly, we put the artwork into a rigid cardboard package.

Artworks are covered in DuPont Tyvek material, wrapped in bubble wrap, and sent to you in a rugged protective package.

Framed artworks
We ship all framed artworks in a custom-built and protective wooden crates for maximal protection.


Never open the box yourself. Always let a professional framer open the package and handle the print. Anyone touching the artwork should do so wearing cotton gloves. We would recommend you be are present when they open the box. That way, you can examine the copy and make sure there is no damage or scratches on the edition.

What happens if the artwork is damaged during shipping?

The shipping company insures the artwork, compensating you for your losses. We will do our best to help you with the process if this happens and make a new order for you.


External damages
Upon receiving the artwork, always check the package for damages; immediately report it to the shipping company if you see any. 

Internal damages
If the artwork has scratches or other print-related issues, without the external package having visible being damages, we will replace the artwork with a new one.
We would highly recommend that you be present when the framer opens the package and rolls out the print so you can examine the image and make sure there is no damage or scratches on the artwork. 

Are the artworks that I ordered from you framed?

All artworks are unmounted. Artworks are shipped rolled in protective tubes. Please get in touch with us if you want to purchase framed artwork.

How much does shipping for the artwork cost?

Worldwide shipping included in all prices.

How long does it take to receive an artwork after order?

Depending on the size, how many artworks you order, and the destination, it generally takes between three to five weeks from order to arrival at your destination.

Can I cancel my artwork order after placing it?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns because all artworks are custom-made upon order.

Please note that we are not responsible for damaged prints after receiving the artwork. 
Fine-art prints are sensitive, and it is easy to scratch the surface.

Therefore, be sure that you DO NOT open the package yourself; ALWAYS hand it directly to a professional framer that knows how to open, handle and unmount rolled prints.

I'm having problems paying with my credit card; what do I do?

Credit Card Issues

If your credit card is declined during purchase, please try our troubleshooting tips below. If you still experience problems, we advise that you contact your bank or credit card provider and ask for their assistance.

Double-check the information you entered during checkout

* Did your billing address change recently?
* Did you enter the correct CVV code?
* Did you get a new card with a new expiration date?

About the CVV Code

If using a credit card to purchase a work, you will be asked for the CVV code (i.e., Card Verification Value code). On most credit cards (including Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards), the CVV is a three-digit number printed to the right of the signature space on the back of the card. The four-digit code on American Express cards is located on the front of the card.

Review your bank's fraud-alert policies.

Your bank may flag any suspicious activity on your account, which may include first-time orders or high-value purchases (regardless of the card's available funds)—especially those made online. Your bank may require you to contact them and authorize the purchase before allowing you to complete the transaction.

Review your bank's daily withdrawal limit.

Most banks have limits on how much you can charge on your card in a single day. If you reach this limit, your bank may block your account from any further activity for the day regardless of available funds in the account.

Are VAT and taxes included in the price?

We have included Swedish VAT (25%) in all prices. However, depending on where you order the print from, you might have to pay additional VAT or tax in customs. Please get in touch with your customs for more information.

All international orders to non-EU countries will have 25% VAT deducted on checkout.

I own a business in the EU, but outside of Sweden; can I have VAT deducted from the price?

Currently there are no such automatic functions that deduct VAT in our store. There are, however, two ways of buying art as a business and deducting the VAT from the price.Purchase the art in our store and pay the artwork with VAT, then write a comment in the checkout that you are a business, and provide your VAT-number. We will manually verify your VAT-number and refund the VAT to you.
Another option is to contact us and manually order the artwork, and we will send you an invoice without VAT.

Can I return my artwork if I'm not satisfied with it?

If there is something wrong with your print, like damage or printing errors, we will replace the artwork. If you, in general, are not satisfied with the art, please get in touch with us and explain why you are not happy, we will do our best to help you - but if there are no physical errors, we do not accept any returns or backorders.
