How will my artwork be shipped?

The artwork image side is firstly covered in DuPont Tyvek, which is a soft material perfect for protecting art with. Second, the artwork is rolled onto a hard paper core with the artwork surface faced out. Thirdly, the image and paper core is wrapped with bubble wrap for extra protection. Lastly, the whole package is put into another hard paper roll; this way, there is one hard surface both inside and outside of the artwork. This package is sent in a branded box to you.

Mini-sized artworks are covered in DuPont Tyvek material, wrapped in bubble wrap and sent to you in a hard protextive package.

Important: Never open the box yourself, always let a professional framer open the package and handle the print. The person handling the print should always have cotton gloves. I would recommend you to be present when they open the box, that way you can examine the copy and make sure there is no damage or scratches on the edition.

What happens if my artwork is damaged during transportation?

I put a lot of effort into packing and shipping the prints safely. Unfortunately, accidents happen. If the image is damaged by the shipping company, the print is insured. If the package isn't damaged, but the print is scratched, or if there are other problems with the print, please contact me as soon as possible.

Important: Always check the package for external damages, if you see external damages of the package, immediately report it to the shipping company. I would recommend you to be present when your framer open the box, that way you can examine the print and make sure there is no damage or scratches on the edition. 

How much do shipping for the artwork cost?

All artworks have shipping included in the price, so there are no extra shipping costs.

How long do I need to wait to receive my artwork after I order one?

Production of prints, including shipping of artworks, can take up to 6 weeks. Delivery depends on the size of the artworks, how many you order, and where in the world you live. Everything in my business is a manual process, and I am involved I every step from order, print to packing prints making sure everything is top-notch, so please be patient 🙂

Are the artworks that I order from you framed?

No, I only sell images printed on paper. Upon request, I can have it framed for you. But I would recommend you to buy a print and have a local framer frame it for you. Shipping framed prints and glass is fragile and expensive.

Do the ordered and printed artworks look exactly as the preview in the online store?

Digital images and printed copies of two separate worlds. A monitor can show much more details and information, and color than a printer can print on paper. There will always be a difference between what you see on the monitor and print. However even I as an artist do accept the diffrences between the digital file and print, and I'm certain you will to.

The lab printing my artworks are one of the best in the countries and take huge pride in delivering the very best quality possible.

Can I cancel my artwork order after placing it?

Well, we all change our minds sometimes. All prints made by me are custom made on order, I don't keep them in stock. So if you order one, there is, unfortunately, no turning back.

However, if a print is damaged in shipping by the shipping company, you will have it replaced, or if the print is scratched, contact me, and I will do my best to help you.

IMPORTANT: Please take note that after the print is recieved by you I'm not responsible for damaged prints. Fine-art prints such as these are sensetive and it is easy to scratch the surface. Be sure that you DO NOT open the package yourself, ALWAYS hand it directly to a professional framer that knows how to open and unmount rolled prints.

I'm having problems paying with my credit card, what do I do?

Credit Card Issues

If your credit card is being declined during purchase, please try our troubleshooting tips below. If you still experience problems, we advise that you contact your bank or credit card provider and ask for their assistance.

Double-check the information you entered during checkout:

  • Did your billing address change recently?
  • Did you enter the correct CVV code?
  • Did you get a new card with a new expiration date?

About the CVV Code

If using a credit card to purchase a work, you will be asked for the CVV code (i.e., Card Verification Value code). On most credit cards (including Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards), the CVV is a three-digit number printed to the right of the signature space on the back of the card. On American Express cards, it is the four-digit code located on the front of the card.

Review your bank's fraud-alert policies.

Your bank may flag any suspicious activity on your account, which may include first-time orders or high-value purchases (regardless of the card's available funds)—especially those made online. Your bank may require you to contact them and authorize the purchase before allowing you to complete the transaction.

Review your bank's daily withdrawal limit.

Most banks have limits on how much you can charge on your card in a single day. If you reach this limit, your bank may block your account from any further activity for the day regardless of available funds in the account.

 

PayPal Issues

PayPal has various security measures in place to protect its users from fraudulent activity. For this reason, PayPal may occasionally prohibit a buyer from submitting payment. If you're experiencing issues using your PayPal account, please contact PayPal directly for assistance, or visit their website for troubleshooting information.

Is VAT and taxes included in the price?

Swedish VAT and taxes is included in the price. However, depending on where you order the print from, you might have to pay additional VAT or tax in customs. Please contact your customs for more information.

How can I track the process of my order?

As mentioned before, all processes in my business are manual. I will provide you with a tracking number once the artwork is printed, packed, and sent to you.

Can I return my artwork if I'm not satisfied with it?

If there is something wrong with your print like damage or printing errors, I will have the print replaced for you. If you, in general, are not satisfied with the art, please contact me and explain why you are not satisfied and I will do my best to help you - but if there are no physical errors I do not accept any backorders.

What is the Vintage Edition collection?

Transparency is essential to me. I have created my limited edition products so that you can have something exclusive hanging on your wall. However, I have sold a few prints before creating my limited edition products to a few customers. For their convenience, I have decided that these are part of my "Vintage Edition" collection. These prints are included in the collection.
