Over and over, parts and individuals of society polarise humanity by identifying divisions, and it seems as though there is a constant war driven by individual perspectives and ideologies. However, I’d say that we’re actually united in more ways than we are divided. In general humans have better lives than they ever have, but we don’t read so much about that. Curiosity is one of the most basic and natural instincts we have, and in the middle of an ideology war, the ordinary person is still curious about our surroundings and wants to get along with others. Or maybe we are simply more profitable and controllable when we are kept apart.
