Andreas Varro Art AB is committed to deliver the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customer in the checkout page.

In order to optimize delivery, we thank the customer for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.


Andreas Varro Art AB delivers worldwide.

Andreas Varro Art AB orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday – Friday – 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). For security reasons, Andreas Varro Art AB will not send any order to post office boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address.


The cost of shipping is included in the price of the products.


The products have a production time of up to 3 weeks.

Processing times may be extended due to situations beyond our control (For example, situations with our suppliers and nature events).

Order processing will take place Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5.00 PM CT (Orders are not processed on weekends and major holidays). Please keep in mind that may be extended during holidays, launches, restocks, limited edition releases and promotions.

Note: Order processing times and shipping times are different.


Shipping times depend on the shipping area and the country of delivery. Shipping times will be calculated and shown at checkout.

Important: Due to the current health emergency caused by COVID-19, delivery times may be extended.


You will receive an email when your order has been processed, this will include the tracking details of your order.  Please make sure to track your item using the tracking number we provide to you. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the appropriate shipping company according to the tracking number, for further assistance and information.


Andreas Varro Art AB is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, Andreas Varro Art AB is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.


If the work is sent to other countries, it is possible that customs in certain countries may charge additional taxes or fees. Please note that any extra costs related to import/customs tax are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your own countries policy on importing goods, as we cannot provide this for you.


If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned and extra charges may apply for shipping costs.


Andreas Varro Art AB will not take charge, or make returns for lost or undelivered packages, for wrong shipping addresses, please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses, at the time of purchase.


Andreas Varro Art AB recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your home or place of employment. Andreas Varro Art AB is not responsible for packages lost or stolen due to unsafe delivery addresses.


Each delivery is considered to have been made from the moment Andreas Varro Art AB makes the product available to the buyer, which is made possible by the control system used by the courier company when the status of the order changes to “completed or delivered”.

This Return Policy applies to all products purchased through:

Our Return Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy. We reserve the right to change this Return Policy at any time.


Because our products are unique, exclusive and produced according to customer specifications, we do not offer refunds or returns. Please check all product specifications before placing an order.


We only replace artworks, if they are damaged, according to the following provisions:

  • Artwork should be inspected upon arrival if there is any exterior damage to the package. This should be done when the person delivering the package is still present.

  • If the shipping company damages the artwork during shipping, the shipping company will be responsible for replacing the product. I will not compensate for damage caused by the shipping company. The customer must address his or her claim to the appropriate shipping company.

  • The customer is responsible for inspecting all artwork after it is unpacked/unwrapped by an experienced framer BEFORE it is framed. Andreas Varro Art AB is not responsible for damages found after the artwork is framed. Andreas Varro Art AB will not compensate the customer for the costs of framing or any other costs.

  • The artwork is FRAGILE; if a person with no experience in handling art opens and unrolls the package/artwork, the artwork will not be replaced.

  • If there is no visible damage in the package, the artwork is opened by someone with experience, and the artwork inside the package is damaged; The customer needs to send photos of the outside of the package, the damaged artwork (if damaged) with the respective certificate of authenticity.

  • The artwork will only be replaced if the artwork is damaged after the package is opened by an experienced framer (or other person with experience in handling sensitive and fine prints). In this case, Andreas Varro Art AB will replace the artwork with an exact copy of the ordered artwork, with the same edition number and signature. Before doing so, the customer must destroy and archive the artwork and the certificate of authenticity, and send images of the destroyed artwork, the certificate and the hologram (attached to the back of the artwork).

  • If the framer at the time of opening and unpacking the artwork, damages the artwork, Andreas Varro Art AB is not responsible for such damages, please carefully select the person who will unpack the artwork.

  • The production of the replacement artwork will have the same production time as indicated in the initial order.

  • The images are printed on museum quality professional paper on a professional printer and with professional ink. However, Andreas Varro Art AB does not guarantee the duration of an artwork as this depends on how the artwork is handled, where it is hung, the quality of the frame and the environmental conditions of the room (light, humidity, etc.) and much more.

How will my artwork be shipped?

The artwork image side is firstly covered in DuPont Tyvek, which is a soft material perfect for protecting art with. Second, the artwork is rolled onto a hard paper core with the artwork surface faced out. Thirdly, the image and paper core is wrapped with bubble wrap for extra protection. Lastly, the whole package is put into another hard paper roll; this way, there is one hard surface both inside and outside of the artwork. This package is sent in a branded box to you.

Mini-sized artworks are covered in DuPont Tyvek material, wrapped in bubble wrap and sent to you in a hard protextive package.

Important: Never open the box yourself, always let a professional framer open the package and handle the print. The person handling the print should always have cotton gloves. I would recommend you to be present when they open the box, that way you can examine the copy and make sure there is no damage or scratches on the edition.

What happens if my artwork is damaged during transportation?

I put a lot of effort into packing and shipping the prints safely. Unfortunately, accidents happen. If the image is damaged by the shipping company, the print is insured. If the package isn’t damaged, but the print is scratched, or if there are other problems with the print, please contact me as soon as possible.

Important: Always check the package for external damages, if you see external damages of the package, immediately report it to the shipping company. I would recommend you to be present when your framer open the box, that way you can examine the print and make sure there is no damage or scratches on the edition. 

How much do shipping for the artwork cost?

All artworks have shipping included in the price, so there are no extra shipping costs.

How long do I need to wait to receive my artwork after I order one?

Production of prints, including shipping of artworks, can take up to 6 weeks. Delivery depends on the size of the artworks, how many you order, and where in the world you live. Everything in my business is a manual process, and I am involved I every step from order, print to packing prints making sure everything is top-notch, so please be patient ?

Are the artworks that I order from you framed?

No, I only sell images printed on paper. Upon request, I can have it framed for you. But I would recommend you to buy a print and have a local framer frame it for you. Shipping framed prints and glass is fragile and expensive.

Do the ordered and printed artworks look exactly as the preview in the online store?

Digital images and printed copies of two separate worlds. A monitor can show much more details and information, and color than a printer can print on paper. There will always be a difference between what you see on the monitor and print. However even I as an artist do accept the diffrences between the digital file and print, and I’m certain you will to.

The lab printing my artworks are one of the best in the countries and take huge pride in delivering the very best quality possible.

Can I cancel my artwork order after placing it?

Well, we all change our minds sometimes. All prints made by me are custom made on order, I don’t keep them in stock. So if you order one, there is, unfortunately, no turning back.

However, if a print is damaged in shipping by the shipping company, you will have it replaced, or if the print is scratched, contact me, and I will do my best to help you.

IMPORTANT: Please take note that after the print is recieved by you I’m not responsible for damaged prints. Fine-art prints such as these are sensetive and it is easy to scratch the surface. Be sure that you DO NOT open the package yourself, ALWAYS hand it directly to a professional framer that knows how to open and unmount rolled prints.

I’m having problems paying with my credit card, what do I do?

Credit Card Issues

If your credit card is being declined during purchase, please try our troubleshooting tips below. If you still experience problems, we advise that you contact your bank or credit card provider and ask for their assistance.

Double-check the information you entered during checkout:

  • Did your billing address change recently?
  • Did you enter the correct CVV code?
  • Did you get a new card with a new expiration date?

About the CVV Code

If using a credit card to purchase a work, you will be asked for the CVV code (i.e., Card Verification Value code). On most credit cards (including Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards), the CVV is a three-digit number printed to the right of the signature space on the back of the card. On American Express cards, it is the four-digit code located on the front of the card.

Review your bank’s fraud-alert policies.

Your bank may flag any suspicious activity on your account, which may include first-time orders or high-value purchases (regardless of the card’s available funds)—especially those made online. Your bank may require you to contact them and authorize the purchase before allowing you to complete the transaction.

Review your bank’s daily withdrawal limit.

Most banks have limits on how much you can charge on your card in a single day. If you reach this limit, your bank may block your account from any further activity for the day regardless of available funds in the account.


PayPal Issues

PayPal has various security measures in place to protect its users from fraudulent activity. For this reason, PayPal may occasionally prohibit a buyer from submitting payment. Is VAT and taxes included in the price?

Swedish VAT and taxes is included in the price. However, depending on where you order the print from, you might have to pay additional VAT or tax in customs. Please contact your customs for more information.

How can I track the process of my order?

As mentioned before, all processes in my business are manual. I will provide you with a tracking number once the artwork is printed, packed, and sent to you.

Can I return my artwork if I’m not satisfied with it?

If there is something wrong with your print like damage or printing errors, I will have the print replaced for you. If you, in general, are not satisfied with the art, please contact me and explain why you are not satisfied and I will do my best to help you – but if there are no physical errors I do not accept any backorders.

What is the Vintage Edition collection?

Transparency is essential to me. I have created my limited edition products so that you can have something exclusive hanging on your wall. However, I have sold a few prints before creating my limited edition products to a few customers. For their convenience, I have decided that these are part of my “Vintage Edition” collection. These prints are included in the collection.
